Last night was the Opie Family Reunion for 2009, the theme was Ohana. Part of the Hawaiian culture, ʻohana means family. Everyone came dressed in there best Hawaiian skirts and coconut shells. We started the night off with a fancy Luau Dinner, it was ono. Grandpa Opie told the story of how he met, proposed and the wedding details to Grandma. Then Each Family performed skits to the Luau theme. It was really cute!
